- All rooms are NON-SMOKING (your credit card could be charged up to $100 for violation of this policy)
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. If arriving later than 6 p.m. please call for arrangements. A No-show fee will be charged after 8 p.m. on the check-in date if no arrangements have been made.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Pets are permitted, please note type of pet under special requirements. Please see our pet policy for pet restrictions.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY INCLUDES CHILDREN OF ANY AGE.
- Holidays & special events require a minimum stay.
- RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be charged a minimum of 1 night upon receipt of your reservation request and will be charged for the entire reservation for holidays and special events.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: A notice of 72 hours is required for all standard reservations. For reservations including holidays & special events a notice of 2 weeks is required. If the cancellation requirements are met, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $25 service charge. If these requirements are not met, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
